Complaints & Content Removal

Anyone can make a complaint about Sugared or ask for content to be removed. You do not need to own the app.

How to report

Email support@sugaredgames.com and tell us what the content is and where you saw it (the character's name, or what was said).

What happens next

We confirm we received it. A person reviews every complaint and answers within five business days, telling you what we found and what we did.

If you believe you are depicted

Every character is computer-generated and none is made to resemble a real person. If you believe a character shows you or uses your likeness, tell us: we take it down while we review it.
