Delete your account

In the app

Open Sugared, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Email support@sugaredgames.com from the email address on your account (or say which Apple or Google sign-in you used) and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account: your email address or your Apple or Google sign-in, the anonymous code that identifies your account, and the date you confirmed you are 18 and accepted the terms.

Her memory of you, the name she calls you, your notes for her and your edits to her are not on our servers at all: they are only on your phone, and they go when you delete the app (or when you make her forget them in Settings).

What we keep

Records of purchases and subscriptions (which plan, the price, the time and the store's order reference), for as long as accounting and tax law require. They are no longer linked to an account you can sign in to. A subscription is cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings; deleting your account does not cancel it.
