Purchases and refunds

Everything in Sugared is sold through Steam, the App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow that store's policy: Steam Support (help.steampowered.com), Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (play.google.com/store/account). If something you bought does not work, email us and we will fix it.

Promoter codes

If someone gave you a code, open Settings in the app and enter it. A code can be used once per Steam account.
